However, there are certain foreseeable problems that should be taken under consideration, which include the websites activity. Vacation Hook may not be up 100% of the time that it is requested. We are not responsible for any lost opportunities/income that may result from this. As well, we are not responsible for the type of renter that may make inquiries. Renter selection is up to your discretion, and you are solely responsible for any problems that may go on with them. Financial Information If a contract is made with Vacation Hook, we allow up to and including 10 business days for the transfer of required fee's inside the North American continent. International members have up to and including 15 days. If a member does not pay his/her fee within this allocated time period, their property will be removed. They will have 10 and 15 business days, respectively, to provide full payment. If full payment is not received, they will be charged a 15 USD penalty charge. This penalty charge must be payed before his/her property will go back up. Therefore, a penalty will only be incurred if payment takes over 30 and 45 business days, respectively. Disclaimer Changes Vacation Hook has the right to update this disclaimer at any time, and that its renters abide by this. Similarly, Vacation Hook may, from time to time, contact a renter if he/she has gone against any of the guidelines that are included in this disclaimer.
