| | | Our condo is located within exclusive Windsor Palms Resort only 3 miles from Disney, 15 min to Universal, 30 min to the Airport, right off Rt 192, less than 5 miles from some of the best shopping in Kissimmee.
We've furnished our condo as if we were going to live there ourselves, so we've thought of everything! It's sunny and bright, spacious and comfortable! Our guests have said it far exceeded their expectations.
Located on a third floor, our unit is a large 3 bedroom condo in Windsor Palms, with over 1200 sq.ft. The master suite has a King-sized bed, cable TV, computer (dial-up internet available), telephone, answering machine and its own complete bath. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, telephone and Cable TV. The second bedroom shares a bathroom with the third bedroom. The third bedroom has two twin beds. All 3 bedrooms have big closets.
The living room has a full-sized sleeper sofa. In the living room entertainment center we've provided Cable TV, VCR player with 13 Disney movies, video game machine (Dreamcast) with games, DVD, and a Stereo with CD player.
The kitchen is fully equipped.
Our unit is professionally cleaned and maintained. Our helpful and friendly management team is available for emergencies. Renting our condo gives you full, unlimited access to all the facilities at Windsor Palms. The Community Pool and Clubhouse is just a short 3 minute walk from our home. Free sports equipment rentals are available in the Sundry Shop. Our resort has 24-hour security, so it's private and exclusive.
We have been inspected and licensed by the State of Florida.

Our condo has a full size washer & dryer, iron and board, central air conditioning, 2 sets of linen per bedroom and towels, vacuum cleaner, clock radios and hair dryer. In addition to the phone in the kitchen, there is a phone with answering machine in the master bedroom. In the living room entertainment we provide a TV with Cable, VCR player and Stereo with CD player. The Master Bedroom has its own TV. The Kitchen has a large fridge, range/oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, ice maker, compete set of matching dishes, glasses, & cutlery, blender and dishwasher. Full set of knives, complete set of pots, hand mixer, set of Corningware, set of food savers, baking pans, and table mats.
